San Francisco Spritz

I couldn’t have a Super Bowl series without a spritz! This one is delicious and just so fun with the 49ers colors on display.
INGREDIENTS:
2 oz aperol
1.5 oz orange juice
1 oz soda water
3 oz prosecco
1 oz grenadine
METHOD:
Fill a wine glass with ice.
Add aperol, orange juice and soda water. Stir.
Add prosecco.
Using the back of a spoon, float 1 oz grenadine into glass. Floating is key to having it settle right at the bottom of the glass instead of mixing into the spritz.
