Niners Gold Rush

Niners Nation, rise up, because this one’s for you! As both a California native and a Swiftie, I am conflicted about this year’s Big Game. Maybe I’ll just sip on this riff on the classic Gold Rush while listening to its namesake by Taylor Swift to ease my internal conflict.
INGREDIENTS:
2 oz vodka
1 oz honey syrup
3/4 oz lemon juice
1 egg white
METHOD:
Add vodka, honey syrup, lemon juice and egg white to a cocktail shaker without ice. Shake vigorously. Add ice, then shake again.
Strain into a chilled glass. Garnish with gold foil, and enjoy!
Honey Syrup:
1/2 cup honey
1/2 cup water
Combine in small saucepan over medium heat. Stir until honey is dissolved.
Allow to cool completely before straining into airtight container.
