I’m calling our final Super Bowl cocktail the Kelce 87 because it’s a riff on the French 75 that we all know and love! BUT you can make this one tomorrow whether you’re rooting for the Chiefs of the Niners. It’s also perfect for Valentine’s Day next week!
INGREDIENTS:
1 oz gin
1/2 oz grenadine
1/2 oz lemon juice
Champagne
METHOD:
Add gin, grenadine and lemon juice to a cocktail shaker. Add ice, then shake until chilled.
Strain into a flute or coupe glass. Top with champagne, and enjoy.
