Lavender Haze Mocktail

I’ve always had an affinity for all things lavender, but then Taylor Swift dropped the song Lavender Haze and it was just game over for me. This mocktail was inevitable!
INGREDIENTS:
4 oz lemonade
3/4 oz lavender syrup
1.5 oz non-alcoholic gin (optional)
Sparkling water
METHOD:
Brush the side of your glass with lavender syrup, then sprinkle with dried lavender. Place glass in the freezer to set.
Add lemonade, lavender syrup and nonalcoholic gin to cocktail shaker. Add ice, then shake until chilled.
Strain into chilled glass filled with ice. Top with sparkling water.
