Rose Water Lemon Drop

When dreaming up a romantic cocktail to celebrate the new season of Bridgerton coming out this week, I immediately thought — rose water! It gives the sweetest touch to a lemon drop that I think you’re going to love.
This might surprise you because I am a big reader, but I’ve not only never seen Bridgerton… I’ve also never read the books! Do I need to change that?
INGREDIENTS:
2 oz vodka
1/2 oz orange liqueur
1 tsp lemon juice
3/4 oz simple syrup
1/4 tsp rose water
METHOD:
Dip the rim of your coupe glass in simple syrup, then into sugar and dried rose petals. Place your glass in the freezer to set.
Add vodka, orange liqueur, lemon juice, simple syrup and rose water to a cocktail shaker. Add ice, then shake until chilled.
Strain into prepped and chilled coupe or martini glass, and enjoy.
