Limoncello Espresso Spritz
If you like lemon and if you like coffee, then say hello to your new favorite spritz! This Limoncello Espresso Spritz tastes like it could transport me right to the Amalfi Coast.
I’m already dreaming of making this again, but with orangecello. What do you guys think?!
Recipe:
2 oz limoncello
2 oz espresso, cooled
4 oz+ Prosecco - I like to measure with my heart!
Fill a wine glass with ice. Then add limoncello, prosecco and espresso - in that order if you want to try to get some nice layers going.
Garnish with a fresh lemon wheel, and enjoy.
