Raspberry Limoncello Martini

If you asked me to pick a favorite liqueur, I would first be mad at you for making me choose. And then I would probably say limoncello!
There’s just something about it that screams summer. Maybe that’s just me manifesting a summer in Italy next year, but I’m also not wrong! And trust me when I say that this limoncello + raspberry combo is perfection!
INGREDIENTS:
1.5 oz limoncello
1 oz vodka
1/2 oz lemon juice
1/2 oz simple syrup
1/4 cup raspberries
METHOD:
Add raspberries, lemon juice and simple syrup to a cocktail shaker. Muddle until berries are broken down.
Add limoncello and vodka. Add ice and shake until chilled.
Double strain into chilled coupe glass. Garnish with lemon wheel and a fresh raspberry, and enjoy.
