Cheerio, London! We’re in my favorite city in the world, so naturally I have to kick off my London themed drinks with a good ol’ Pimm’s Cup!

I spent two summers in London during college, and I haven’t been back since then. I am beyond thrilled to explore this incredible city with Cooper— it’s his first time here!

Have you ever had a Pimm’s Cup?! It’s the official drink of Wimbledon — but trust me when I say that once you try this, you won’t be waiting for July to whip one up! We would order these by the pitcher in college!

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 oz Pimm’s No. 1

  • 1/2 oz lemon juice

  • Ginger ale

METHOD:

Fill a highball glass with ice. Add Pimm’s and lemon juice. Top with ginger ale.

Then garnish with all of the goods! Lemon wheels, cucumber slices, strawberries, fresh mint - you can’t go wrong here.
