Champs-élysées

Watch the recipe video on Instagram.

When I started brainstorming Europe themed cocktails for our trip, I knew I wanted to make the Champs-Élysées so I could break out my beloved bottle of green chartreuse!

We are LOVING Paris! As excited as I am to head to London next, I wish we could spend another day in this beautiful city 🇫🇷

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 oz cognac

  • 1/2 oz green chartreuse

  • 3/4 oz lemon juice

  • 1/2 oz simple syrup

  • 2 dashes aromatic bitters

METHOD:

Add a large ice cube to a mixing glass. Add ingredients, pouring over the ice cube. Stir ingredients until chilled.

Strain into chilled coupe or Nick & Nora glass.

I garnished my glass with this little France flag. but feel free to add your favorite lemon peel garnish.
