Peach Mexican Mule

Have you ever had a Mexican Mule? For Day 4 of Peach Week, I wanted to give you a fun twist on the Moscow Mule by swapping out the vodka for tequila!
This was 10/10 in my opinion! Give it a try and let me know what you think!
INGREDIENTS:
2 oz tequila
1 oz peach nectar
1/2 oz lime juice
Ginger beer
METHOD:
Add tequila, peach nectar and lime juice to a cocktail shaker. Add ice and shake until chilled.
Strain into glass filled with ice, then top with ginger beer. Garnish with fresh mint, and enjoy.
Peach Nectar:
Blend 1 cup peach, peeled and sliced, and 1 cup water until smooth. Double strain, and you’re all set.
