Peach French 75

I couldn’t do a week dedicated to peaches without my favorite cocktail!
This Peach French 75 is perfection. If you like peaches, this is the perfect drink for your next celebration or event!
INGREDIENTS:
1 oz gin
1 oz peach nectar
1/2 oz lemon juice
1/2 oz simple syrup
Sparkling wine
METHOD:
Add gin, peach nectar, lemon juice and simple syrup to cocktail shaker. Add ice and shake until chilled.
Strain into chilled flute or coupe.
Top with sparkling wine, and garnish with a small peach slice.
Peach Nectar:
Blend 1 cup peach, peeled and sliced, and 1 cup water until smooth. Double strain, and you’re ready to go!
