Bellini Bears

I have always loved the boozy gummy bears from Sugarfina, and after my Aperol Gummy Bears went viral, I knew I had to make a Bellini version for Peach Week!
INGREDIENTS:
1/2 cup prosecco
2 Tbsp peach nectar
2 tsp gelatin
1/4 cup sugar
METHOD:
Add peach nectar, prosecco and gelatin to saucepan over medium-high heat. Stir until gelatin is completely dissolved.
When mixture begins to boil, add sugar and continue stirring until sugar is dissolved.
Remove from heat and use dropper to pour bellini mixture into gummy bear molds.
Refrigerate until bears are set, about an hour!
Toss gummy bears in sugar, and enjoy!
