Peach Week 🤝 National Piña Colada Day. Need I say more?!
We’re in Las Vegas right now, and it is HOT. Like, we’re talking 3 straight days of 118° so I wouldn’t mind getting caught in the rain with this Peachy Colada!
INGREDIENTS:
2 oz white rum
1.5 oz cream of coconut
1.5 oz peach nectar
1 oz pineapple juice
1/2 oz lime juice
1 cup ice
METHOD:
Add all ingredients to a blender. Add ice, then blend until smooth.
Pour into a high ball glass. Garnish with a peach slice, add a fun straw, and enjoy!
Peach Nectar:
Blend 1 cup peach, peeled and sliced, and 1 cup water until smooth. Double strain, and you’re all set.
