Peach Aperol Spritz

One thing about me is that I’m ALWAYS going to make a seasonal Aperol Spritz!
This one is so fun for Easter, but you’re gonna want to take this recipe with you through all of spring and summer!
INGREDIENTS:
2 oz aperol
3/4 oz peach syrup
1 oz soda water
3+ oz prosecco
METHOD:
Fill a wine glass with ice. Add aperol, peach syrup and soda water. Give it a stir, then top with prosecco. Garnish with a peach slice, and enjoy!
Peach Syrup:
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup peaches, peeled and sliced
Combine ingredients in a saucepan over medium heat. Stir occasionally until sugar dissolves.
Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and let simmer for 10 minutes, or until peaches are broken down.
Remove from heat and allow to cool completely.
Once cool, strain syrup into an airtight container and store in the fridge.
