If you like Bloody Marys, you’re going to LOVE this Bunny Mary! Maybe I’m biased, but I think it’s absolutely perfect for Easter brunch 🐰
I swapped the classic tomato juice for homemade carrot juice, and it’s got the perfect amount of zing to it 🥕
INGREDIENTS:
1/2 cup carrot juice
2 oz vodka
1/2 oz dill pickle juice
1/2 oz lemon juice
2 dashes Worcestershire sauce
Dash hot sauce (or more, to taste)
1/2 tsp celery salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
METHOD:
Brush the side of your glass with chamoy, then sprinkle tajin on top. Place the glass in the freezer to set.
Add vodka, carrot juice, dill pickle juice, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, celery salt and black pepper to a cocktail shaker. Add ice, then shake until chilled.
Strain into prepped highball glass filled with ice. Garnish with a carrot, olives and a pickle.
Carrot Juice:
Peel carrots, then chop them into thirds. Blend 1 cup carrots with 1/2 cup water..
Double strain, and enjoy 🥕
