Look, I’m from California. I’m a proud Pepperdine alum, but we Waves haven’t made the tournament in more than 2 decades… so since Cooper is from Connecticut we are all in on UCONN!
Plus, I think Jonathan is the cutest mascot EVER!
I present to you the Husky Highball! No matter who you’re rooting for, may your bracket not be busted in the first game today. 🤣
INGREDIENTS:
2 oz vodka
1 oz blue curaçao
1/4 cup blueberries
1/2 oz lemon juice
1/2 oz simple syrup
METHOD:
Add blueberries, lemon juice and simple syrup to a cocktail shaker. Muddle until berries are broken down.
Add vodka, blue curaçao and ice. Shake until chilled.
Strain into highball glass filled with ice. Top with soda water, and enjoy.
