Tutti Frutti Tini

When I was brainstorming drinks for Easter, my friend Holly said I HAD to do something with jelly beans — so I present to you the Tutti Frutti Tini!

I’m not a huge jelly bean gal, but I thought this would be a fun drink and pretty color for both Easter and spring. I’m so happy with how it turned out!

The secret weapon here is the jelly bean infused vodka— it really brought the Tutti Frutti flavor to life! Probably not a surprise but the vodka is sweet so I used half infused and half regular, and I think it turned out perfectly.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 oz Tutti Frutti-infused vodka*

  • 1 oz vodka

  • 1.5 oz pineapple juice

  • 3/4 oz cream

  • Handful of fresh strawberries, halved

METHOD:

Dip the rim of your coupe glass in simple syrup, then sugar. Place glass in the freezer to set.

Add strawberries and pineapple juice to a shaker cup. Muddle until berries have broken down.

Add vodka and cream. Add ice, then shake until chilled.

Strain into chilled coupe glass. Garnish with some Tutti Frutti jelly beans, and enjoy!

Tutti Frutti-Infused Vodka:

Combine 1 cup vodka and a handful (I did about 3 Tbsp) of Tutti Frutti jelly beans in a small airtight container. Refrigerate overnight.

Strain vodka from jelly beans, and you’re good to go!
