Bourbon drinkers, I haven’t forgotten about you for Valentine’s Day! This is what I’ll be making for Cooper on the 14th. As my taste tester, he actually already got a sneak peek and he gives it two thumbs way up!
INGREDIENTS:
2 oz bourbon or rye
1 oz raspberry syrup
2 dashes chocolate bitters
METHOD:
Place your rocks glass in the freezer to chill.
Add a large ice cube to a mixing glass. Add bourbon, raspberry syrup and chocolate bitters. Stir until chilled.
Strain into chilled rocks glass. Garnish with fresh raspberries, and enjoy!
