Strawberry Champagne Margarita

I knew this Strawberry Champagne Margarita was special, but I was not expecting it to blow up on Instagram the way that it did! With more than 3 million views, it’s safe to say this is a certified banger and I am so happy it found so many people!
INGREDIENTS:
2 oz tequila
1/2 oz orange liqueur
1 oz strawberry puree
1/2 oz strawberry syrup
1/2 oz lime juice
Champagne
METHOD:
Brush the side of your glass with strawberry syrup or agave, then roll onto a place with salt and red edible glitter. Place glass in the freezer to set.
Add tequila, orange liqueur, strawberry puree, strawberry syrup and lime juice to a cocktail shaker. Add ice, then shake until chilled.
Strain into prepped glass. Top with champagne, and enjoy!
Strawberry Puree:
Add 1/2 cup strawberries and 2 Tbsp water to a blender. Blend until smooth.
