Rose Gimlet

I have always loved a good gimlet, so this Valentine’s Day spin on one of my favorite classics sparks a lot of joy for me! If you don’t love gin, just swap it out for vodka.
INGREDIENTS:
2 oz pink gin
1/2 oz lime juice
1 oz rose syrup
METHOD:
Add pink gin, lime juice and rose syrup to a cocktail shaker. Add ice, then shake until chilled.
Strain into a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with a single rose petal, and enjoy!
