Carrot Cake Espresso Martini

I couldn’t very well share Easter cocktails without doing an espresso martini, now could I?!

This carrot cake spin on the classic we all know and love is a total winner!

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 oz espresso, chilled

  • 2 oz vodka

  • 1.5 oz carrot juice

  • 1/2 oz coffee liqueur

  • 1/2 oz Irish cream

  • 1/2 oz simple syrup

METHOD:

Brew espresso, then allow it to completely cool before making your martini.

Add chilled espresso, vodka, carrot juice, coffee liqueur, Irish cream and simple syrup to a cocktail shaker. Add ice, then shake until chilled.

Garnish with some powdered sugar and 3 espresso beans.

Carrot Juice:

Combine 1 cup carrots with 1/2 cup water in a blender. Blend until smooth, then strain and you’re good to go!
