Happy Easter to all who celebrate! We’re rounding out our Easter cocktails with a Salty Bunny — aka a Salty Dog with a little Peeps action.
If you’ve never had a Salty Dog, now is the time to get on it! If you don’t like gin, just swap it out for vodka.
INGREDIENTS:
2 oz gin
3 oz grapefruit juice
1/2 oz lime juice
1/2 oz simple syrup
Pinch sea salt
METHOD:
Add gin, grapefruit juice, lime juice, simple syrup and sea salt to a cocktail shaker. Add ice, then shake until chilled.
Strain into a highball glass filled with ice, and enjoy!
