Amortentia Love Potion

It’s time for part 3 of our Harry Potter cocktail series! With Valentine’s Day around the corner, I had to bring the Amortentia love potion to life in mocktail form. Slughorn says it’s the most powerful love potion in the world, so keep an eye on your goblets this week!
INGREDIENTS:
4 oz pomegranate juice
2 oz non-alcoholic tequila
1/4 tsp rose water
1/2 oz lemon juice
1/2 oz simple syrup
Sparkling water
METHOD:
Add nonalcoholic tequila, pomegranate juice, rose water, lemon juice and simple syrup to a cocktail shaker. Add ice, then shake until chilled.
Strain into chilled glass, then top with sparkling water and enjoy.
