Today, April 2nd, is National PB&J Day, so of course we have to celebrate! And I gotta know- are you team crunchy or creamy?!
Growing up, we ate peanut butter & honey sandwiches — which, don’t get me wrong, are fire. But there’s really nothing like a good PB&J. And same goes for this cocktail version!
INGREDIENTS:
2 oz peanut butter whiskey
1 oz raspberry liqueur
1 tsp raspberry jam
1/2 oz half & half
METHOD:
Carefully swipe some peanut butter along the side of your coupe glass. Place glass in the freezer to set.
Add peanut butter whiskey, raspberry liqueur, raspberry jam and half & half to a cocktail shaker. Add ice, then shake until chilled.
Strain into your prepped glass, and enjoy!
