Strawberry Ranch Water

It is HUMID here in the Northeast, and this Strawberry Ranch Water is the perfect way to cool down until the humidity breaks!
I made this a Mocktail by using nonalcoholic tequila, but you can also leave that out if you want.
INGREDIENTS:
1.5 oz nonalcoholic tequila
1 oz strawberry puree
1/2 oz lime juice
Sparkling water
METHOD:
Fill a highball glass with ice. Add strawberry puree, nonalcoholic tequila and lime juice. Give it a stir.
Top with sparkling water, and enjoy!
Strawberry Puree:
Add 1/2 cup strawberries (stems removed) and 1/4 cup water to a blender. Blend until smooth.
