Strawberry Campari Spritz

I wanted to make a spritz with the strawberry Campari I infused last week, and this couldn’t be more perfect! Next time you’re craving an aperol spritz, swap this out for your aperol - you’ll love it!
INGREDIENTS:
3+ oz prosecco
2 oz strawberry-infused Campari
1 oz soda water
METHOD:
Fill a wine glass with ice. Add strawberry-infused Campari, then soda water. Give it a stir. Top with prosecco, and enjoy!
Strawberry Infused Campari:
Combine 1/2 cup halved strawberries and 1 cup Campari.
Refrigerate overnight. Strain, and you’re good to go!
