Spicy Aperol Margarita

The jalapeño-infused aperol is such a unique flavor, and I can’t wait to use it in a spritz next! Who wants to see that??
INGREDIENTS:
2 oz tequila
1 oz jalapeño-infused aperol
3/4 oz lime juice
1/2 oz agave
Optional: 1/2 oz orange liqueur
METHOD:
Start by brushing the side of your glass with agave or chamoy. Sprinkle with tajin, then place glass in the freezer to set and chill.
Combine ingredients in cocktail shaker. Add ice, then shake until chilled.
Strain into your prepped glass. Garnish with jalapeño and orange slices, and enjoy.
Jalapeño-Infused Aperol:
Add 1/2 a jalapeño, sliced, and 1 cup Aperol to an airtight container. Give it a shake, then refrigerate for around 24 hours. The longer it sits, the stronger the flavor will be. Strain aperol from the jalapeño, and you’re ready to go!
