Sparkling Pomegranate Cosmo

What’s better than a cosmo? A cosmo with a little bubbly and a lot of sparkle! This is just about the perfect drink to have in hand while you ring in the new year.
INGREDIENTS:
1.5 oz vodka
1 oz pomegranate juice
3/4 oz orange liqueur
1/2 oz lime juice
Prosecco
METHOD:
Dip the rim of your coupe or martini glass in simple syrup, then into some festive sprinkles. Place glass in the freezer to set.
Add vodka, pomegranate juice, orange liqueur and lime juice to a cocktail shaker. Add ice, then shake until chilled.
Strain into prepped glass. Top with prosecco, and enjoy!
