Pink French 75

Who’s ready for some sparkly drinks for New Year’s Eve?! I love a French 75, especially for NYE. I took this one to the next level by using pink gin and edible glitter to make it sparkle.
INGREDIENTS:
1 oz pink gin
1/2 oz lemon juice
1/2 oz simple syrup
Champagne
METHOD:
Add gin, lemon juice and simple syrup to a cocktail shaker. Add ice, then shake until chilled.
Strain into a champagne flute or coupe glass. Top with champagne, and enjoy!
