Robin’s Egg Martini

I’m very excited to kick off Spring drinks with a cocktail spin on one of my favorite Easter candies, and one of my favorite colors - the robins egg!

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 oz vanilla vodka

  • 1.5 oz white chocolate liqueur

  • 1 oz blue curaçao

  • 1 oz heavy cream

METHOD:

Place robins egg candies in a plastic baggie, then crush them with a rolling pin. Dip the edge of your coupe or martini glass in frosting, then roll it onto the crushed candies. Place prepped glass into the freezer to set.

Add vanilla vodka, white chocolate liqueur, blue curaçao and heavy cream to a cocktail shaker. Add ice, then shake until chilled.

Strain into prepped coupe glass, and enjoy!
