Irish Espresso Martini

It’s National Espresso Martini Day today, and you’re going to want to save this recipe!
Since it’s almost St. Paddy’s Day, we’re using Irish whiskey- but that’s not all! I used Jameson Orange which I’m obsessed with, AND a little crème de cacao to really give it something special.
So go ahead and make this for yourself this weekend!
INGREDIENTS:
2 oz espresso, chilled
1 oz Irish whiskey
1 oz coffee liqueur
1/2 oz crème de cacao
1/2 oz Irish cream
1/2 oz simple syrup
METHOD:
Brew espresso and allow to cool completely.
Dip about half of your coupe glass in simple syrup, then into orange and green sugar sprinkles. Place your glass in the freezer to set.
Add chilled espresso, Irish whiskey, coffee liqueur, crème de cacao, Irish cream and simple syrup to a cocktail shaker. Add ice, then shake until chilled.
Strain into chilled martini glass. Garnish with 3 espresso beans, and enjoy!
