This is the PERFECT Galentine’s Day cocktail - Leslie Knope would definitely order this one 💁🏼♀️
INGREDIENTS:
2 oz gin
1/2 oz grenadine
1/2 oz lemon juice
1 egg white
METHOD:
Add gin, lemon juice, grenadine and egg white to a cocktail shaker without ice. Shake vigorously.
Add ice, then shake again.
Strain into chilled coupe glass. Garnish with dried rose petals and edible glitter.
A note about the egg white because I’ve been getting a lot of questions on previous videos: yes, you can leave it out but you won’t get that nice layer of foam on top. Adding the egg white doesn’t make the drink taste like egg, but it does make it velvety! You can sub egg white with aquafaba.
