Strawberries & Cream Mocktail

Kicking off my 2024 Valentine’s Day series with this dreamy Strawberries & Cream mocktail! You can easily turn this into a cocktail by adding vodka or gin.
INGREDIENTS
3-4 strawberries, halved
1/2 oz lemon juice
1/2 oz strawberry syrup
2 oz non-alcoholic gin
1 Tbsp Greek yogurt
METHOD:
Add strawberries, lemon juice and strawberry simple syrup to cocktail shaker. Muddle until berries are broken down.
Add nonalcoholic gin, Greek yogurt and ice. Shake until chilled, then strain into glass filled with ice.
Top with whipped cream and another strawberry.
