Peach Lillet Spritz

It’s spritz season, but have you ever had a Lillet Spritz?!
I looove the classic version, but since I had some leftover peach puree on hand I figured — why not? It pairs so wonderfully with the floral vibes from the lillet.
INGREDIENTS:
2 oz lillet blanc
1.5 oz peach puree
1 oz club soda
3+ oz prosecco
METHOD:
Fill your wine glass with ice. Add lillet blanc, peach puree and club soda.
Give it a stir, then add prosecco. Garnish with some peach slices and fresh mint, and enjoy!
Peach Puree:
Combine 1 cup peaches (peeled) and 1/2 cup water in blender. Blend until smooth.
