Nectarine Tequila Sour

I wanted to make a special drink with an orange hue, and while the nectarine juice ended up being a little more yellow than I wanted… I think it still works!
INGREDIENTS:
2 oz reposado tequila
1 oz nectarine juice
3/4 oz lime juice
1/2 oz agave
1 egg white
METHOD:
Add ingredients to a cocktail shaker without ice. Shake vigorously.
Add ice, then shake until chilled.
Strain into a coupe glass, and garnish with a nectarine slice. I went with an orange ribbon :)
TIP: don’t want to do the egg white? Sub for aquafaba or fee foam.
Nectarine Juice:
Add 1 cup nectarine, peeled, and 1 cup water to blender. Blend until smooth. Double strain, and you’re ready to go.
