Lavender Espresso Tonic

This Lavender Espresso Tonic is vibrant and aromatic, with the perfect amount of sweetness. Give it a try, and let me know what you think!
INGREDIENTS:
1 oz lavender syrup
2 oz espresso, cooled
4 oz tonic water
METHOD:
Start by pouring your lavender syrup into a glass. Add ice, then add tonic water.
Slowly pour the cooled espresso over the back of a spoon. This will help give you the layers.
Garnish with a sprig of fresh lavender, and enjoy!
