Kalamata Olive Margarita

You know I had to make up for missing National Olive Day yesterday! And I think this Kalamata Margarita does just that and then some!
You guys had a LOT to say about my viral Dirty Margarita that I shared back in April, so I’m back with this delicious riff on it using Kalamata olives this time. And I think this one might be even BETTER!
INGREDIENTS:
2 oz tequila
3/4 oz Kalamata olive brine
1 oz lime juice
1/4 oz agave
METHOD:
Brush the side of your glass with agave, then sprinkle with salt. Place glass in the freezer to set.
Add tequila, Kalamata olive brine, lime juice and agave to a cocktail shaker. Add ice, then shake until chilled.
Strain into prepped glass filled with ice. Garnish with some Kalamata olives, and enjoy.
Pro tip: if you want to make it ~filthy~ use 1 oz kalamata brine.
