Word around town is that Taylor Swift has a new favorite cocktail. And trust me on this- you’re going to want to make this whether or not you’re a Swiftie. I immediately knew I would love it because it has so many of my favorite things in it. And Blondie was right - this is perfection!
INGREDIENTS:
1 oz gin
2 oz lillet blanc
1 oz elderflower liqueur
2 oz grapefruit juice
2 dashes lemon bitters (can sub 1/2 oz lemon juice)
METHOD:
Add gin, lillet blanc, elderflower liqueur, grapefruit juice and lemon bitters to a cocktail shaker. Add ice, then shake until chilled.
Strain into chilled coupe glass. Garnish with lemon wheel, turn on 1989 (Taylor’s Version) and enjoy!
