Dew Drop

You’ve probably had a Lemon Drop cocktail. And if you like that, you’re going to LOVE my Dew Drop!
Made with fresh honeydew juice, this really is the perfect balance of sweet and tart. I love it, and I think you will too!
INGREDIENTS:
2 oz vodka
1.5 oz honeydew juice
1/2 oz orange liqueur
1 oz lemon juice
1 oz simple syrup
METHOD:
Add vodka, honeydew juice, orange liqueur, lemon juice and simple syrup to a cocktail shaker. Add ice, then shake until chilled.
Strain into a chilled coupe glass, and garnish with a honeydew chunk and lemon rose.
Honeydew Juice:
Add 1/2 cup honeydew and 1/4 cup water to a blender. Blend until smooth. Strain through a fine strainer, and enjoy.
