Chocolate Pistachio Toffee

As soon as I saw the Trader Joe’s chocolate pistachio toffee I knew I needed it- both the toffee itself, but also a cocktail version!
If you’re craving a chocolate dessert drink, satisfy that craving with this one. You don’t be disappointed!
INGREDIENTS:
1 oz vodka
1 oz crème de cacao
3/4 oz pistachio liqueur
1/4 oz butterscotch schnapps
METHOD:
Place some chocolate pistachio toffee in a plastic baggie, then break it into smaller pieces with a rolling pin. Carefully spread some chocolate frosting on the side of your glass, then place the crushed pieces on top. Place glass in the freezer to set.
Add vodka, crème de cacao, pistachio liqueur and butterscotch schnapps to a cocktail shaker. Add ice, then shake until chilled.
Strain into prepped glass filled with ice, and enjoy!
