Aperol Gummy Bears

I’ve always been obsessed with the boozy gummy bears from Sugarfina. I made a rosé version for Valentine’s Day, and thought an aperol version would be perfect for the warmer months and spritz season! I think they’re such a fun garnish for drinks, or on their own!
INGREDIENTS:
1/2 cup aperol
1 Tbsp orange juice
1 Tbsp water
2 tsp gelatin
1/4 cup sugar
METHOD:
Add aperol, orange juice, water and gelatin to saucepan over medium-high heat. Stir until gelatin is completely dissolved.
When mixture begins to boil, add sugar and continue stirring until sugar is dissolved.
Remove from heat and use dropper to pour aperol mixture into gummy bear molds.
Refrigerate until bears are set, about an hour. Once set, toss gummy bears in sugar, and enjoy!
