St. Paddy’s Sour

I know I JUST said this, but this one might be my favorite rim of all time. And the foam from this St. Paddy’s Sour is perfect to showcase it!
INGREDIENTS:
1.5 oz melon liqueur
1.5 oz vodka
1 oz lime juice
1 egg white
METHOD:
Add vodka, melon liqueur, lime juice and egg white to a cocktail shaker without ice. Shake vigorously.
Add ice, then shake again. Strain into chilled coupe glass, and enjoy.
