Spicy Pineapple Mockarita

Secret time: I don’t love spicy drinks. But the number one mocktail you guys asked for was a spicy margarita, so I am here to deliver!
You can easily turn this into a cocktail, and you can also crank up the heat if you’re braver than me by adding even more jalapeño - or by infusing your n/a tequila with jalapeño a couple hours ahead of time.
INGREDIENTS:
2 oz non-alcoholic tequila
3 oz pineapple juice
1/2 oz lime juice
1/2 oz agave
3 jalapeño slices
METHOD:
Brush the side of your glass with agave, then sprinkle with tajin. Place glass in the freezer to set.
Add jalapeño, lime juice and agave to cocktail shaker. Muddle.
Add nonalcoholic tequila and pineapple juice. Add ice, then shake until chilled.
Strain into prepped glass filled with ice. Garnish with more jalapeño slices and a dehydrated pineapple slice.
