Spicy Aperol Spritz

Summer may be winding down, but it’s still spritz season in this house!

I was so obsessed with the jalapeño-infused Aperol I made a couple weeks ago that I had to use it in a spritz! My spicy drink lovers are gonna be all about this one.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 oz jalapeño-infused aperol

  • 1 oz club soda

  • 3+ oz Prosecco

METHOD:

Fill wine glass with ice. Add jalapeño-infused Aperol and club soda. Top with Prosecco. Garnish with a couple jalapeño slices, and enjoy!

Jalapeño-Infused Aperol:

Add 1/2 a jalapeño, sliced, and 1 cup Aperol to an airtight container. Give it a shake, then refrigerate for around 24 hours. The longer it sits, the stronger the flavor will be. Strain Aperol from the jalapeño, and you’re ready to go!
