Sláinte Spritz

It wouldn’t be St. Patrick’s Day without a ginger ale-based drink, so I present to you the Sláinte Spritz! You guys have been asking for this one since I posted my St. Paddy’s teaser, and the wait is over!

Sláinte means health, so, surprise! It’s a mocktail! And yes I know it’s not technically a spritz, but I loved the name ok?!

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 oz green apple syrup

  • 1/2 oz lime juice

  • 4 oz ginger ale

  • Sparkling water

METHOD:

Add green apple syrup, lime juice and ginger ale to cocktail shaker with ice. Shake until chilled.

Strain into chilled glass, then top with sparkling water.

To make it a cocktail, add a shot of Jameson or your Irish whiskey of choice.

The rainbow sour candy garnish is optional, but… not really!
