Pumpkin Spice Syrup

This pumpkin spice syrup is the syrup that I'll be using in all of my pumpkin recipes this fall. I love it so much that I even add a little to my morning coffee!

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1/2 cup pumpkin puree

  • 1/2 cup brown sugar, packed

  • 1/2 cup water

  • 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

METHOD:

Add ingredients to a small saucepan and bring to a boil.

Reduce to medium heat and cook for ~5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Cool completely, then strain into an airtight container and store in the fridge. It should last around 4 weeks — if you don’t use it all before then!

Enjoy!

Cheers,
Danica
