Prosecco Paloma

One of the best things I’ve done this summer is use Prosecco in my Paloma!
Just swap out the traditional soda water for Prosecco for a fun twist on what’s already one of my favorite drinks. Trust me- you won’t regret it!
INGREDIENTS:
2 oz tequila
2 oz grapefruit juice
1/2 oz lime juice
Prosecco
Optional: 1/2 oz agave if you want it sweeter!
METHOD:
Brush the side of your glass with agave, then sprinkle with pink salt. Place glass in the freezer to set.
To a cocktail shaker, add tequila, grapefruit juice and lime juice. Add your agave here as well if you’re including it. Add ice, then shake until chilled.
Strain into a glass filled with ice. Top with prosecco, and enjoy.
