Pistachio Martini

Have you ever had a pistachio martini? They are SO good. A lot of recipes out there don’t actually have any pistachio in there, but I’m happy to report that this one does - and I think it makes all the difference!
INGREDIENTS:
1 oz vodka
2 oz pistachio liqueur
3/4 oz amaretto
1/2 oz Irish cream
METHOD:
Place shelled pistachios in a plastic baggie, then gently crush them with a rolling pin.
Dip the rim of your martini glass in simple syrup, then into crushed pistachios. Place your glass in the freezer to set.
Place vodka, pistachio liqueur, amaretto and Irish cream into a cocktail shaker. Add ice, then shake until chilled.
Strain into prepped martini glass, and enjoy!
