Pineapple Aperol Spritz

Want to give your aperol spritz a tropical twist? Try this “Pineaperol Spritz” !!!
It’s International Pineapple Day, so I had to hit pause on our 4th of July series to celebrate the best way I know how!
INGREDIENTS:
2 oz aperol
1.5 oz pineapple juice
1 oz club soda
3+ oz prosecco
METHOD:
Fill a wine glass with ice. Add aperol, pineapple juice and club soda. Give it a stir, then top with prosecco, and enjoy.
