Hibiscus Mezcalita

You guys have been asking for a mezcal cocktail, and the time has arrived! This hibiscus mezcalita is smoky and sweet, and I think it’s absolutely perfect for Valentine’s Day.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 oz mezcal

  • 1 oz orange liqueur

  • 1 oz hibiscus syrup

  • 1/2 oz lime juice

METHOD:

Brush the side of your glass with hibiscus syrup, then roll in dried hibiscus flowers. Place glass in the freezer to set.

Add mezcal, orange liqueur, hibiscus syrup and lime juice to a cocktail shaker. Add ice, then shake until chilled,

Strain into prepped glass filled with ice, and enjoy!
